ABOUT THE EVENT
(This event is now sold out - sorry)
Fancy a crafty Sunday? Of course you do. This is one of a series of arts and crafts workshops, taking place simultaneously.
Join Emma from Em’s Crafty Corner to make your own cute folk style hanging owl. Using high quality materials Emma will show you how to make one of her little owl designs using simple ornamental stitches. A kit containing pre-cut felt pieces, assorted coloured threads and safety stuffing will hold everything you need to make your own owl.
Emma is a local maker who has been making and creating felt items for around 3 years now. We love her enthusiasm:
“It all started after I made a few gifts for friends, I soon found I was in love with the whole making process. In the past 3 years I have joined festivals and craft shows around the area, started up an Instagram page and now I run local workshops. Meeting other makers and like minded people has been a real added joy.”
This event is suitable for adults and accompanied children aged 15-18
As always, refreshments, including home made cake, will be on offer.
